  1. Well that would be your default member group. By default this is "Members". So its not something you create. It already exists. The issue is you are trying to create something when there is already something there (when someone registers, they are then a member. If they havent paid for anything, its free)

  3. If you are looking reset it completely (a completely fresh install) you would delete all files and folders, delete your database, then reinstall as you did originally

  5. Could you please clarify. Have you moved all the files to local now? Is this why you have redirected? I ask as you wouldnt need to and thats likely what is causing you problems. Once we know where you moved things to, we can advise accordingly

  7. Please could you provide me with a couple of examples on your site so that I can take a look? Also have you checked to ensure they are referring to notifications of topics and not replies? Please also ensure you have run all optional patches in the support area of your admin CP. While none of those should be related, if we need to get you escalated we would need to ensure you are fully updated

  9. I see this has now been resolved on your ticket, so you should be good to go.
  10. Unfortunately its an advanced issue that requires developer assistance, and will therefore take an extended period of time to be addressed. Nothing has changed in terms of response time, you just happen to have hit an issue that is more involved there

  12. You would need to speak to your hosting company on how to do that. Really, backup and restore of databases is best done in SSH

  15. We would not restore your database files. As mentioned above, you would need to let us know which tables you believe to be increasing in size incorrectly. Alternatively contact your hosting company to ask about this increase in size on your database. Looking at your logs, you have quite a lot of logs relating to downloads, which look to be being caused by a 3rd party application. Try disabling that to see if your logs size goes down. You do need to note here that if you start getting repeated logs, that table will indeed grow. 350mb is actually a very very small amount these days.

  17. I have split this into another topic as it's a different report. I will take a look at this now for you I have taken a look to see if there is anything obvious there (logs usually) however in your case there isnt. We would need more information on what tables have increased significantly in order to advise further
  18. Im actually still seeing issues on your site there. Are you having issues again? Just to note here, you are simply between support staff shifts. Not related to the support model. Unfortunately it was simply timing in this case. Support can be up to 72 hours as per SLA, but of course we are very very rarely anywhere near that time.
  19. I'm also not able to recreate this on my end unfortunately. It does seem its something local to your own environment. Do you have an example on your site I can take a look at?
