    Well, if I were the trouble shooter (which I'm not) it makes a big difference if I'm looking for code that may have caused a gain or a loss. It really helps to know which AND how much. So, in this example, we are looking for reasons that there may have been 20 additional points added to the Admin during the "Most Points From Content" process (because it shows 240 rather than the expected 220). This may give TheJackal84 something specific to check without having to go through everything in the application.

  3. Question: is there a reason that some of the items re included in the Cog Wheel when KS is enabled and some are not (and don't even show at all in some cases)? I would have thought that everything available would be pulled into the Cog Wheel...

  4. This is really none of my business but I'm an old fart and can't help myself as this topic really interests me and I would like to see it resolved for all parties!

    I think your testing is excellent however it looks to me like the Admin actually GAINED 20 extra points somewhere as displayed in the "Most Points From Content" section. I put together a simple chart of what I believe to be correct (but I do have two question marks in it concerning "content" yes or no). The numbers for jackq seem right on the money. The numbers for the Admin seem to have gained 20 points for content???

    That would be great! Would it cover the Bought Most Items and Spent Most Points items as well?

  6. @TheJackal84 first let me say that your support has been exceptional even when I have not been exactly clear in what I'm asking! Good job!

    Now, this is not a critical item but is it possible or can you make it possible to EDIT the statistics numbers manually so that I can manipulate the numbers on the Statistics Page? For example, I have done a lot of testing (see pic) but I'd like to clear these high numbers out. I can easily edit their account totals and bank totals (which I have done) but the system retains all of the high numbers in the overall statistics page. Are these totals a data element in the database that I can edit out?

  7. All is enabled appropriately. I just checked the core_groups DB table and ms_can_bank is set to "1" for all groups.

    I also have the Points app completely disabled. No difference.

    Additional note: now the error message has changed to the following...

    Because I use two apps to control points I created my own menu drop down and used links to get me to the right places (see pic #1). The original Members Shop front end menu is gone and I use this modified one. Now that I want to disable the points bank and use yours I can't find the original front end menu nor can I find the appropriate URL to the bank to link to it manually. I'm sorry but I just can't seem to figure it out.

    if you have it in the nav bar then remove it in the menu manager, it will still show in the ACP but the front end will be completly disabled for use

    OK, this was easy enough to do HOWEVER that's not the route I want to take. I want to disable the "Points" Bank and enable the "Members Shop" Bank and I am having trouble making it work. The Members Shop Front End is gone from the menu system and I can't seem to figure out how to get it back...

    I totally agree. So they are both the same in this regard. That's a good thing!

    Note: I don't want to disable your Bank, I like what you are doing with it, I just don't want to lose the ability to award points on the additional content that Points provides AND I want the ability to RENAME "Points" to whatever I want. Did your new update cover either of those items?

  11. As far as conflicts go, I think the "Bank" mainly. I have the Points bank enabled and I'm afraid your bank will conflict. I will probably have to choose one over the other (yours appears to have more features that I've been looking for). But, if I drop the points Bank and use yours I don't know what capabilities I'll lose in the process. For example, Points Bank does not count the points in the bank to count on the Leaderboard (which I want), does your Bank do the same?

    If I drop Points all together then I'll probably lose the ability to award points for a lot of content that your app doesn't cover (I have a list).

    Also, in Points I can RENAME "Points" to anything I want (in my situation I renamed them to "Wing Nuts"). I don't think I can do that with Members Shop?

    I am on 4.2.8 and my cover photos are just fine.

  14. OK, help me out please. I have created footer blocks and placed them where I want them. THEN, I decide I want to move one block before another block so I go in and try to drag/drop into it's new location but it doesn't seem to work. I DID get it to work a couple of times but most of the time not. Am I doing something wrong?
