Is there not a simple add to add? We used to have one. Can't find one for IPS 4.7

So it does seem there was one app not disabled.  Was able to register once disabled. Now to figure out how to fix it thanks!

on our test site we upgraded to 4.6.10 that way we can hash out any issues before going live.  I have disabled all applications and reverted to the default IPS theme and still get the issue in the picture.

@Adriano Faria is it possible to add "Disapprove" as well as Ban to the validation?
