Nice, but how do I remove this guy?

For newbies like me, is there a site/page where I could simply copy paste the code?

Is there not a simple add to add? We used to have one. Can't find one for IPS 4.7

So it does seem there was one app not disabled. Was able to register once disabled. Now to figure out how to fix it thanks!

on our test site we upgraded to 4.6.10 that way we can hash out any issues before going live. @Adriano Faria is it possible to add "Disapprove" as well as Ban to the validation? Also, if we wanted additional details to show on this validation screen, could you help us get those details to show?
