That’s an issue with one of your 3rd party scripts having a not PHP8 compatible code in its theme hook . How did you disable your plugins?

I would advise using Recovery Mode to gain access back and sort out issues here with your third party add-ons:

You will need to remove that line as the system performed the recovery and disabled your third party add-ons.

Could I confirm that you were logged out of the ACP before applying the constant and then logged in afterwards?

Ahhhh... When I refreshed, I needed to logout and then back in for it to execute the disabling. Your a genius Jim -- thank you for the help!!
