I have to wait until my skin is converted to IPB3 before I upgrade, so it will be about 2 weeks after then release IPB3, so I still got at least a month ahead of me! :D

Managed means you can ask them to do anything -- including install stuff -- from their support for free. Unmanaged is just rebooting and technical stuff like that.
