  1. Got it working in a custom IPS\Dispatcher\Front hook but thinking we may need to create a hook for IPS\Dispatcher\Standard to get API errors. Welcome any advice. 🙂
  2. Hi mcsg, did you ever get this working? Interested in doing something like this with Bugsnag.
  3. I'm not too familiar yet with Invision's codebase but would it be easy to register a class early in the booting of the app for something like reporting 500 errors or other weird exceptions to a service like Bugsnag? Integration is generally easy in other PHP apps but would like to see if it could be done with Invision without altering the main source code. Bugsnag docs › Platforms › PHP › Other
  4. I'd just like to raise this thread from the dead and add a +1. Modern PHP apps use Composer. We extend IPB a bunch and it's hacky atm. Having IPB be accessible via composer would make updating IPB much easier too. It's totally fine if the packages were behind a client login, very used to this on other projects.
  5. Using this on 3.4, and 2 of the 3 hooks seem to work, but the one for the forum view doesn't. In class nbStaffPostTrackerPostFirJumpFV, $topics_arr = $this->registry->output->getTemplate('forum')->functionData['topic'];$topics_arr is NULL (as is functionData). I've tired recaching skin data and rebuilding master skin and recaching. According to hook development docs, it seems that this will fail unless there's a hook that references the 'forum' template, but this mod doesn't seem to do that. Any ideas?
  6. Is there going to be the usual template diff report on the >3.4.6 update thread? For some reason, my board's Template Merge Center keeps randomly popping up a JavaScript alert saying that access is denied for admin/index.php when I run mine. This occurs at seemingly random spots while combing the templates.
  7. This is a little funky. You have to explicitly set the upload_tmp_dir variable. Reason: https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=39123. For example, just set: open_basedir = /var/www/html upload_tmp_dir = /tmp ...or put your uploads underneath your open_basedir.
  8. I apologise, my intent was not to highlight a Warez site, but to share a solution to a problem that was affecting our own community and this solution solved the issue. I have removed the link and hope that the solution, nonetheless, will be of use.
  9. Thought I would share that this issue surfaced and this fix works for members who have this problem (link removed owing to concern raised: see below). The User Bar's Notification section required all Notifications to be manually deleted in order to function once more with the update from 3.2 to 3.3. Not sure if this is noted for the next update, but felt it was important to share.
