This works for all aplications ADD-ONs. SYSTEM (core), MEMBERs and FORUMs aren't addons, they are IPB built-in.

I told 4 times there and I will tell one more time here: the mod works for me. I can't try to fix something that works!

edit: once and for all, just installed a fresh install of 3.0.5 and this mod. Make the tests yourself. The links is on IM.

Thanks Adriano, however it still doesn't appear to be working properly. It's just generating the same results as the "View New Content" for forums.

Is it possible to hider certain secondary groups from being shown? I would not want some 'hidden' ones from being made public.

Yeah, I will take a look. But this mod only adds a new link besides VIEW NEW CONTENT. It uses the same search results as VIEW NEW CONTENT.

The way it is now, file types are hardcoded. But I'm planning some changes on next month or so.

It's true... confirmed. Funny that worked on localhost. Anyway, to fix, open admin/applications/forums/extensions/usercpForms.php and find:

$blocked[] = $this->registry->getClass( 'class_forums' )->forumsBreadcrumbNav( $fid['id'] );

Change to:

$blocked[] = $this->registry->getClass( 'class_forums' )->forumsBreadcrumbNav( $fid );

Now it's ok. Tested online on my board.

Just found an error. forums in the list of blocked (the right) shows incorrectly selected forums.

I only have one small request. On my board we have 100s of forums, so it's a bit tedious to scroll through the list to see which ones you have already blocked.

Request: Could you add a listing of currently blocked forums somewhere on the page?

Ex:

[ list of forums you can block ]

[u]Forums you are currently blocking:[/u]

• Forum 1
• Forum 2
• etc...

since the 3.0.5 update to hook me has stopped working, eh tried reinstalling without success. You can not work with this new version?

The template of APP was not created. Submit a ticket to IPS. Althought they gonna say that its a problem related to the app, it is not.
