Not sure that’s the best way to go. User will probably send another message. Maybe add a message at the top of the conversation, disallow replies and then delete it after a few days. I’ll give some thought.

I receive tons of messages with support/development requests on my board. I also receive messages with content that could be addressed by anyone else from moderation team, like “I can’t do this” or “I get an error in a specific place”, so yes, depends on how ethical you are!

User won't be able to apply if the position doesn't exist! In your case, it exists and it calls WELCOMER. Disable it, as you did, will only make it to be not available to new positions when creating open positions. If you want disallow people from applying, just lock the open position.

I will also disallow deletion if you have positions with it. It's enough to disable; it won't appear as an option.

Did you delete the position (moderator, admin, etc) by any chance? It seems that you deleted some but there are open position with it. I will have to check if it still there and if not, do not allow people to apply. I will release a new version later.

Wrong version. For IPS 4.4 you have to use Quizzes 1.4.0, which currently is in Beta 4.

@Ron_ just read your review and this is a core feature. The app you install will always appears in first place on menu. You can simply move it to the position you want. 👍 Btw, this isn’t my file. Just telling you something that you might not know.

User Groups in Registration Screen & Account Settings

I mean that it is designed and extends the regular community registration process. I never used registration from another site via oAuth or social media, so I don’t recommend purchase it, if that’s your case, because they won’t work as they don’t use the regular registration process. Support isn’t provided in these cases, as it’s clear on file description: -
Manual. There’s a “skills” field, extra fields, etc. I don’t see how this can be automated.

My app doesn't control anything related to groups. It only provide a way to turn someone into a staff member; after that the app has no use anymore and that would not be the point of this app, sorry.. As you said, you can easily do that via Group settings by adding a badge.
