I would need an example of where you have tried to embed, so I can take a look. This is quite often something on their end, but I can take a look

Unfortunately, I am unable to reproduce that on our community here. I would suggest trying again. If you're still having issues, please be sure to add details so we can access your community to post and access the ACP.

We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

The error itself looks to be being returned from x unfortunately. We have seen this happening at times with their servers. Probably rate limiting.
