Nemechek Navigator Posted December 4, 2024 Posted December 4, 2024 A few of my members are reporting this new problem in the last day although their Messenger quota is set to unlimited. No changes have been made to any settings recently. Any advice? Thanks in advance

Solution Jim M Posted December 5, 2024 Solution Posted December 5, 2024 Unfortunately, it looks like the Messages configuraiton for the Paid Member group is set to 0 for all selections so they will not be able to send a message. This is found in ACP -> Members -> Groups -> edit group -> Social tab -> Messages
