Sperasoft Studio Inc. Posted Friday at 06:12 AM Author Posted Friday at 06:12 AM what program are you using? I'll check that too.
Jim M Posted Friday at 09:13 PM Posted Friday at 09:13 PM Thank you. I am able to access now. Did you recently remove a custom login handler? Seems like the code files are missing. Seeing the below a ton in your logs: Call to undefined method IPS\Login\SperaIPSLoginHandler::type() I disabled it for the time being in the database.

Likely due to the large upgrade jump which was made it is not compatible with latest release. You would need to contact the author of your custom login provider to upgrade it to become compatible. Each time you upgrade, you will need to ensure your customizations are compatible or errors may happen. G17 Media 1
Sperasoft Studio Inc. Posted Saturday at 04:03 PM Author Posted Saturday at 04:03 PM (edited) Is the upgrade from v4.1.13.2 to v4.7.19 a big jump? OK, how do I get the intermediate distributions? and also, what did you disable in the database in the previous step? Edited Saturday at 04:04 PM by Sperasoft Studio Inc.

You didn't upgrade for 8 years is another way to look at it 🙂 . 9 minutes ago, Sperasoft Studio Inc. said: OK, how do I get the intermediate distributions? I'm not sure what you mean, the system will do the intermediate upgrades. It is OK to go from 4.1 to 4.7. You just need to ensure you upgrade your customizations to be compatible. 10 minutes ago, Sperasoft Studio Inc. said: and also, what did you disable in the database in the previous step? Your custom login provider. G17 Media 1
Sperasoft Studio Inc. Posted Saturday at 04:29 PM Author Posted Saturday at 04:29 PM Do you have any recommendations for configuring ldap authorization? How can I get older distributions for a step-by-step upgrade?

You would follow the steps in ACP -> System -> Login -> Create New -> LDAP -> fill in the fields. If you have questions, please let us know. 3 minutes ago, Sperasoft Studio Inc. said: How can I get older distributions for a step-by-step upgrade? As mentioned previously, you do not need these, nor do we offer anything other than the most recent release. The upgrader does an incremental upgrade of your community. For any customizations, you would need to upgrade these to the latest release in your code yourself following the developers guide. You can post any questions in the Customization forum to be answered by third party developers: https://invisioncommunity.com/forums/forum/500-design-and-customization/ . As customizations are outside our scope of support, we would not be able to answer these in support. G17 Media 1
