IPS 5 Beta Documentation

Is there any beta documentation for theming HTML/CSS custom theming on IPS5 yet? 
 

Without the marketplace we need to determine the feasibility of recreating our theme for IPS5. 
 

Considering the amount of features decommissioned, lack of certain features for Classic clients, and the lack of continued support for Commerce payment methods the only two things we’re really using the IPS suite for now are pages/blog posts and a basic stripe checkout with a better external stripe checkout that actually supports all stripe payment methods.
 

Depending on the usefulness and viability of V5/theming were possibly going to consider finally saying goodbye to IPS after 10 ish years and create a basic CMS in Blazor or basic blog site.

I think you will have to wait for a while after the release because I assume there are refactorings being made to the code now during the betas and probably a few adjustments after the first release.

I have not seen anything yet in the CMS that I could not reproduce from V4, but there are changes to the CSS classes now that we have a built-in dual theming for the light and dark modes. You also have some updates to the tabs and collapsible items, but they are basically the same.

I suggest you set up a test environment and try things out.

Sorry to hear this is how you are finding things in your case. I would point out however, that the "Considering the amount" makes it sound like there are huge amount of items removed. This really isnt the case. Yes, there are some.
