Locked Task: clearUnconfirmed issue

Good morning,

I am getting this notification on my ACP, and there is no way to run it. When I click on Run Row, I will get the error I attached.

I've not updated anything on my site or server. It just started to happen yesterday out of the blue. 

How can I fix this issue? Thanks a lot
