[bug] Template Error with Manage Promoted Items due to INVALID_SEO_TEMPLATE

 When viewing Manage Promoted Items in the User Navigation (frontend), I'm getting the following Theme Error:

It seems that if an item has been promoted, and the application has either been disabled or not installed, then it will throw an error causing the template error.
