Lordest Posted January 3 Posted January 3 On this url: /admin/?app=core&module=members&controller=members I got 502 Bad Gateway error, other URLs work fine. Also tried to update Invision and got the same error on one of the upgrade pages.
Jim M Posted January 3 Posted January 3 You will want to contact your hosting provider for assistance. 502 Bad Gateway is a hosting error.
Lordest Posted January 3 Author Posted January 3 We use our own physical host, can't contact to a hosting provider. Also it's weird that we only have that error in certain pages. Any idea why this occurs?

Any idea why this occurs? You would want to contact a server administrator. Typically, it can be numerous issues from performance to configuration. I’m afraid, not something we can narrow down from a software support point of view.
Randy Calvert Posted January 4 Posted January 4 This could be caused by a firewall, a WAF or another security tool such as mod_security. You might want to evaluate your entire stack to see what it is doing and how it impacts your site.
