Posted January 3, 20241 yr On this url: /admin/?app=core&module=members&controller=members I got 502 Bad Gateway error, other URLs work fine. Also tried to update Invision and got the same error on one of the upgrade pages.
January 3, 20241 yr You will want to contact your hosting provider for assistance. 502 Bad Gateway is a hosting error.

Any idea why this occurs? You would want to contact a server administrator. Typically, it can be numerous issues from performance to configuration. I’m afraid, not something we can narrow down from a software support point of view.
January 4, 20241 yr This could be caused by a firewall, a WAF or another security tool such as mod_security. You might want to evaluate your entire stack to see what it is doing and how it impacts your site.
