known issue [BUG 4.7.12] Map-related fields always showing when adding a CMS database field

While adding new fields to a CMS/Pages database, if you go to the Display options tab, the Show Map & Map Size fields (for both listing and display views) are always shown.

Those 4 fields are supposed to be visible only if the field type is Address. 🙄

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
