Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
The Krotek Posted July 31, 2023 Posted July 31, 2023 I updated IPS to the latest version recently and authorization is now completely broken both at frontend and backend. On the frontend it returns "Something went wrong. Please try again" message and on the backend it's "2S119/1 Something went wrong. Please try again". Is there any solution for this?
Marc Posted July 31, 2023 Posted July 31, 2023 I would need to know who you are trying to log in as. I am having no issues at all logging in with the details on file.
The Krotek Posted July 31, 2023 Author Posted July 31, 2023 Seems like I was able to fix this by deleting all the cache via FTP. It's strange that upgrade script doesn't refresh the cache and we have to manually do this.

Sounds like there was a temporary issue in doing so, whether a permissions error on the server or something.
