Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
LarsKa Posted July 29, 2023 Posted July 29, 2023 Hi experts I installed Invision Community on my domain and configured as well as documented everything for me. After installation I wasn't able to login as admin. I thought there might have been a typo in password (despite being impossible in my opinion because I use a password manager). So my thought was to delete everything and start installation all over again. But no I am stuck on the license screen. It says that the license already has been acitvated (correct). But I need to reinstall (it is the same domain of course). What can I do now? Thanks in advance!
Jim M Posted July 29, 2023 Posted July 29, 2023 Please note that the license is tied to a URL, not a domain so please ensure you’re installing on the exact same URL as you did prior. This would indicate something is different in your URL. Marc and LarsKa 2
