Upgrade Failed - Community Currently Dead

I haven't been here in about 6 months. It looks like you've changed things around. If my previous post was made in the wrong forum then please move/merge it over here.

I am self hosted and my upgrade failed last night and I cannot figure out how to get it going again. We're dead in the water and stuck offline at the moment.
