URGENT: 403 Error after attempting site upgrade

A few minutes ago I went onto my Invision site and got a red banner telling me to upgrade. I clicked on upgrade, and as it was going the normal upgrade, it Exited. Unfortunately I did not take a screenshot. 

 

Now when I try to go onto my site, it gives a 403 Error. 

 

Can someone help, please?

This is our firewall which should not block you simply for performing an upgrade. Was there anything which you were doing prior?

Please note I completed the upgrade for you.
