Setting up Auth0

Is there some clear instructions to setup logging in with Auth0?

We have nothing specific to that vendor, however there are basic instructions on how to set up an Auth 2.0 provider here. You would need to follow the instructions of the vendor for what to enter

Any one else get this set up - the form in the CP is requiring more fields be entered then I can find on the Auth0 console.
