Thomas Hop Posted May 11, 2023 Posted May 11, 2023 Hello, I am trying to send a bulk mail, however there is one profile field that gives an error when I leave it empty and I don't know why as it doesn't differentiate from other field. Is there something I am overlooking or is this indeed a bug, and how would I go temporarily fixing it? Thanks in advance! Kind Regards, Thomas

Solution Jim M Posted May 16, 2023 Solution Posted May 16, 2023 Disable all third party applications/plugins and try again. Check your custom profile fields for any custom validation.
