InvisionHQ Posted May 11, 2023 Posted May 11, 2023 Hello, I have a problem with one of my customers, after clearing the cache via the support tool every internal link shows the error: 1S160/2 By disabling FURLS the links are working again. Searching a bit on the forum I saw that the problem has already been addressed, do you have any advice for me? The software installed is v4.3.6 Thank you.

Marc Posted May 11, 2023 Posted May 11, 2023 I think you have probably answered your own question there. They need to upgrade to the latest release of the platform. The reality is, they are using a version that was released in 2019
InvisionHQ Posted May 11, 2023 Author Posted May 11, 2023 Yes I know, the upgrade was scheduled for 13 June as it has many plugins and third-party apps to check. I was just asking if there was anything I could do to have that month available before the upgrade.
Marc Posted May 11, 2023 Posted May 11, 2023 Unfortunately, the only thing I can suggest at present is upgrading. There has simply been too much change to be trying to manually change items with code from today's release. There will have been thousands of bug fixes since that point in time, and quite a few major changes to the way things work InvisionHQ 1
