I've had a few members complain that they have been invoiced twice for renewal, example below.

It doesn't seem to affect everyone and its only been a few that have reported it, any idea why this might happen? Obviously they are not pleased at being billed twice so I'm keen to find out why it is happening.

Support - Server details are saved against my account if you need to look.

In the first instance, please update your site to the latest release. If you then see this happen again after that point, please let us know and we can assist further
