_Mark_ Posted April 13, 2023 Posted April 13, 2023 I've had a few members complain that they have been invoiced twice for renewal, example below. It doesn't seem to affect everyone and its only been a few that have reported it, any idea why this might happen? Obviously they are not pleased at being billed twice so I'm keen to find out why it is happening. Support - Server details are saved against my account if you need to look.

Meddysong Posted September 5, 2023 Posted September 5, 2023 Do you have a test installation with Commerce operational on it? If so, log in and see whether it too has been processing renewals.
