Marketplace - problem with uploading files.

In the alternative contact account there is an option to upload a file, but it throws the following error:

And on the account where the license is purchased, there is no option to upload a file at all..

I would like to add that I can also only post on the forum from the alternative contact account, from the account connected to the client area I cannot..

Could contain: Text, Business Card, Paper, Computer, Electronics, Pc

Yes, that's right, alternative contacts can no longer submit Marketplace resources. Only primary account holders are able to do this.

I had a look at your primary account, I think the issue is that you have multiple accounts and you're not signing into the right one, or the incorrect one has been linked with the client area. Please try signing in with it now. If that doesn't work we'll move this to a ticket.

Now it is working! Thanks! Could you unlink the eveneme account from the client area account and link the Grafidea account? I don't know how to do it in the panel.
