Hello all,

Members have the option to send attachments with their PM's, the only problem is that the attachments do not reach the recipient; any idea?

Please could you update to the latest release? If you are then still seeing the same issue, please ensure you have tested with no 3rd party items enabled, and on a default theme. Once you have done this, if you are still seeing the same, please update all access details on file

/applications/core/interface/file/attachment.php?i…

I tried it also, the attachment is stored on the board ( i can choose existing media) but not sent with the message

Sorry, could I just confirm, is this only when selecting to choose existing media, or are you saying its happening when you dont use that option?

It is happening when you want to sent the attachment to someone, you can attach (select) it but when you sent it the attachment doesn't arrive with the message

when after the first message i create a new message and select 'other media' i can see that my attachment i wanted to sent with the initial message has been uploaded to the website

Please let me know the user you are sending from and to, so I can take a look. I have tested this internally and cannot reproduce, so it seems its something specific to your installation

Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

We look forward to further assisting you.

Could I check you have tested this with all 3rd party items disabled? I asked above, but its not clear if you have, and you have quite a few 3rd party items there

You can disable third party applications and plugins by going to ACP -> Support -> Please also try disabling any third party customizations.

If you're still encountering this problem, please let us know.

Please let us know if the test was a failure or success and we can assist in troubleshooting further.

Eh, i sent a message to your temp admin account on my board, so you would check that account?

You would log in as that account and test the issues you were having there. We would not test these items with 3rd party disabled on your behalf

As an administrator, you would not need the password. You can use the login in as functionality in ACP -> Members -> Members -> click the user's profile -> Account Actions -> Sign in as
