Importing Old Site Data

Hello,

Recently i have gained ownership of a community and have setup a new forums under my name, i am looking to import all of the old forum data (under different licensee) to the new forums, not seeing any sort of import option and copying over the /datastore/ folder doesn't work (old forums were saved locally, not mysql) 

 

Was just wondering if there was a script/plugin available of if I'm missing something in the admin cp, thank you!

Note in order to use the above, you need to ensure both communities are upgraded to the latest release.
