member get Banned

Hi, I am facing an issue with spam prevention. I am using Invisible reCAPTCHA, but most of my forum members get banned when they post anything.
Here is some record of system detections.
1- Restrictions manually changed by member : Banned. 
2- User registered. Spam Defense checked and returned score 1.

please let me know what the problems is , also i need to know if possible to set up reCAPTCHA for logged members when they submit or reply post

Unfortunately, reCAPTCHA is quite useless nowadays. Try switching to use hCaptcha instead:

If users are getting banned when they post something, it can only be because the user is being removed by a member of staff. On registration, it can be being done automatically, if you have the spam service setting set to do so (See the guide above)
