Install Loop 4.7.5 -> 4.7.6

After these three screens, I press continue and screen 2 and 3 repeat in an endless loop, nothing gets going. How do I get this solved?

I never get to Step 2 and Sign In or further.

This is a known issue; a manual upgrade is required as mentioned here:

Everything went absolutely smooth, no issues. The only manual SQL Querry went in a blink and all runs ok.

No loops detected this time, no issues. And no "underlying issues".
