Order placed over 2 weeks ago - help, please.

I made payment on December 14 for hosting.

I have had 0 further communication from anyone at Invision on the order, and my account shows that I'm not signed up for support (not sure why that is).

Some help here would be awesome. Order 912977

Seems that you're having issues receiving our emails. We have been emailing you multiple times since. Could you please confirm that the email in the Client Area for you is valid?

Both your self-hosted license and Cloud package would receive technical support on the community here for all software technical support problems.

Your Cloud package (when clicked) receives email support for hosting related issues in our ticket queue. 

I presume by the self-hosted license, which was selected here, that is what you clicked and causing the confusion.

Finally received an email. I responded to it.

I use gmail, never seem to "have issues" anywhere else, and I was in communication just fine prior to placing the order, so whatever seems to have changed, I'm hoping it stays "fixed".
