"Cache page output for guests" Feature missing

There used to be this features as visible on the screenshot. But since recent upgrade of invision, it's gone.

Any idea what happened and how to get it back?

This is really disappointing. I don't think most CDN can do something similar (caching for guest only). I use cloudflare and I don't remember any such feature there.

Check out the topic my colleague linked to, I provided general info on how to do this with CloudFlare. (Please note CloudFlare is outside our scope of support and this is only provided as an example.)
