changing display name redirects to my account woocommerce

why the tab change display name does redirect to woocommerce 

it should give me the option below

It can only be redirecting to woocommerce if you have something there redirecting it. There is nothing in the core software that would redirect to another platform.

I think there may have been a misunderstanding there. Something on your end is indeed redirecting. What that is, Im not sure. But there is nothing at all within the software that would redirect to woocommerce. Checking any htaccess files for redirects would be my best guess, and disabling any plugins and applications you may have running.

one more question please

even  changing the email address it should not redirect?

because now i see it redirects to woocomerce my account in 3 options

1. changing email adress
2. changing password
3. changing display name

Do you have some kind of SSO login modification enabled perhaps? That could indeed be causing the redirect.

yes i have sso plugin connecting ips to my wordpress

That's probably it then. Try disabling it temporarily and see what happens.

i disabled it and it worked perfect

You would need to speak to the author of that item to request how you would change that action
