4.7.4 Moderating with Personal Alerts: popup size

I didn't test other apps, only Forums, which has two Moderation Actions menus (top and bottom). The popup opened by them has different size:

- Top:

- Bottom:

Top uses "medium" size which makes the layout weird.

I noticed that when we now close the topic, the "OK" window pops up and the topic does not reload. Was it supposed to be like that?

We have an internal bug report for the topic and post moderation links, because some areas also look weird if there's no editor to show.

I can't reproduce this, the page is reloading for me. It wouldn't reload if there was a data-ipsdialog-remotesubmit attribute.
