Hi Invision team,

On our forum we are currently using the following Standard authentication method only:

Could contain: Text, Outdoors

Sadly, it seem this stops the template from showing the Login Popup, and instead when users click “Sign In” they are taken to a login page instead.

We had to hack the userBar template from 1 to 0 so that it shows it every time.

Could contain: Text, Page, Menu, Flyer, Brochure, Poster, Advertisement, Paper, File

Do you have any idea why this is happening? Is there anything else we are missing that may be causing this behavior?

Thanks in advance!

Hi @Randy Calvert, thanks for the response!

Unfortunately, when using the default theme, the same thing happens.  When you click on Sign In, it takes you to a page rather than giving you the pop up.

It seems to have something to do with how the log in methods are defined.

We would require this to be in the original condition so we can investigate what is happening. As of right now, I am not having any issues with this. However, this could be because of your modifications.
