Error while upgrading

Hi,

i am getting this error when trying to upgrade from 4.6 to latest version,  it says 'try again' or 'continue' and none work. just stuck and forum is down.  Does anyone have a solution?

** I do have a backup of my mysqldb but i dont know where to put it??

Issue is now resolved. -  had a corrupt row in the database.
