Images at the right bottom of post is appearing

Hello, there is a weird problem in the forum, which there seems a random image appearing in the right bottom of each post, see attach screenshot.

Note: I purposely obfuscate some image or names of our member.

It might be an issue with your custom theme. Does it happen also if you switch to the default IPS theme?

Not sure, I will try to switch to default theme in our dev server, thanks.

Also disable 3rd party applications and plugins if that does not work. Its very likely thats an issue in one of your templates however.
