Editing Administrators: "The CSRF protection key did not match."

As the title states, I am trying to modify my administrator role to have restrictions to certain items in the ACP however, receive the error listed above. Any suggestions on how to fix this? I am struggling here .

What restrictions (on what section or app) are you trying to set up? I'm assuming this is in Members - Staff - Administrators where you config this and not editing the Group itself.

Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

It looks like the issue resolved itself with a reinstall. Not sure why that worked honestly
