Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
Giray Posted September 12, 2022 Posted September 12, 2022 I'm confused as to what the Spam designation does on the support desk. I have one particular sender who always uses the same email address, the same subject and the same body. I keep marking his support desk message as spam, and yet he keeps getting through. Does marking a message as Spam actually do anything or is it something on the config side I should be looking for? Thx!
Solution Marc Posted September 12, 2022 Solution Posted September 12, 2022 Spam is actually just a status. You could change that to "People I don't like" if you wanted, but it wouldn't do anything you dont set that department to do. By default it simply sents a reply to say its spam, and closes the ticket SeNioR- 1
