Upgrading issue

I have upgraded my plan. 
I didn't have the forum option. So I upgraded my plan and bough Forums

But don't know how do I install it now.

Please help me

You would upload a fresh set of files from your client area, which would include the new files for forum. Once this is done, you will see it available to install from System->Site Features->Applications, within your admin CP
