Jim M Posted July 2, 2022 Share Posted July 2, 2022 If you're running CRON, please check to ensure that it is running appropriately on your server without error and the correct PHP is attributed to it (i.e. if you recently upgraded from PHP 7.4 to PHP 8.0 sometimes this is included in the path) If CRON is working on your server without errors, you will want to check your System Log in our software for any errors. If there are any resulting from background tasks, we would require access to take a look at them: We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.
