Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
Daniel Dziemieszonek Posted May 11, 2022 Posted May 11, 2022 I have a question. Why is the advertising banner on mobile devices duplicated? Also on the computer with the reduced window. This is what happens with all web browsers. The size of the banner and the extension (jpg. Png) does not matter. Thanks for the answers. Regards Paul
Marc Posted May 11, 2022 Posted May 11, 2022 It looks like you have 2 ads set up there. One set to show on all views, and one set only to show on tablet. If that isnt the case, please update access details on file, and I can take a look for you
Daniel Dziemieszonek Posted May 11, 2022 Author Posted May 11, 2022 I only have one ad set up. I have created an administrator account (IPS Temp Admin). Link to the panel: https://forum.szajbajk.pl/admin_szajbajk/ Do I have to provide any more details? Please help. Sorry for english (i use translator).

Creating the administrator account in the support section of the ACP will only provide you those details. You will still need to copy and paste them into the Client Area as described below: We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
Daniel Dziemieszonek Posted May 12, 2022 Author Posted May 12, 2022 I completed the data in the section "Review/Update Access Information".
Solution Marc Posted May 12, 2022 Solution Posted May 12, 2022 Unfortunately the issue there is within your custom theme. The issue is quite likely in your edited responsive.css template. Daniel Dziemieszonek 1
Daniel Dziemieszonek Posted May 12, 2022 Author Posted May 12, 2022 You are genius! Thank you very much! I have reverted responsive.css to the default settings and that's fine. Regards Paul
