How to remove user group name in profile

Hi everyone, 

Could someone possibly tell me how I can not display what usergroup a member is in. Ideally we'd just like to display their name

There is no way in which to do this natively within the software, however as mentioned by Adriano above, there are 3rd party items that can achieve this.
