  1. Hi there, We are currently experiencing a critical issue where clients cannot access our forum, which is disrupting their training and their ability to interact with our coaches. There seem to be three main things occurring simultaneously: MacBook Access Issues: Clients are specifically unable to access or load the forum when using Mac devices. Password/Authentication Blocks: Clients are finding that their passwords have suddenly changed or are no longer recognized, completely blocking their access. Integration Disconnect: The forum is no longer seamlessly linked to their active profiles on our platform as it usually is. When new members sign up, a profile isn't set up for them on Invision. I reached out to Invision (who host the forum software) to see if the issue was on their end, and this was their response: I reached out to our developer to look into the matter and his feedback was: "When I trace the full real flow I can see that the first part of the authorization at our end works fine And then we redirect back to the forum like this. With a code and the state they sent us. https://forum.coachparry.com/oauth/callback/?code=Hrco6C25shH16tXmTQkfKfvWrgLvotsCbgtAdyEKWAC9jWCFCoXWpOa7cj9QacSOSh8ve4OaS_dgyI0ubJAPyyGacMGveRweW_m0Oe0-7_YHMWvKFyjGypGBPKirbctRATuU3SfJX5EyWL9XYFIUS6d8e8JPXqqAvFiYl9cO-cHEstshpn0IqGaKsWrUfrH808ACO57ZIqH2f5thB8s9R9oAIuDbiTj8CSizaWwOWxKtCUL66wxRhBJ9R-S-h0FM-ypdothKF827hTetr_cFoSJpzG1eo4us8jc-EO9OGnQg1546zJksBeT7UBdgpmDruaP2pSs3SHtWTmHBA9KOERmnD0Mn2c6aqzzhcQwKRYEffQWi2PmxocriPqqg1uasoi8X4hUqFE7IbVwBRMNMGwJcHVk67wjsYK7z4zHm-F4o_Y_LIAD4ucoXvloCIO70BGucww&state=3-aHR0cHM6Ly9mb3J1bS5jb2FjaHBhcnJ5LmNvbS9sb2dpbi8=-e5e136693b0488baa9de14fad2164c77-aHR0cHM6Ly9mb3J1bS5jb2FjaHBhcnJ5LmNvbS8= So that part all works fine. The next step is for them to call our token endpoint with the code from the previous step. That's obviously is where the problem is happening as they are presenting that an error occured on their login page. That is an error that they must be detecting and bopefully logging. it could still be a problem at either end but they are detecting the error so hopefully their logs are showing what the specific error actually is. Could you forward them this info and see if they can grab what the actual error message was from their logs." Could you please urgently look into this.
