Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
tgs-shaun Posted January 27, 2022 Posted January 27, 2022 So I've just come to add it to Search Console and noticed the sitemap is empty, pretty much. I tried force rebuild but it's the same? <sitemap> <loc>https://.com/community/sitemap.php?file=sitemap_content_forums_Forum</loc> <lastmod>2022-01-27T10:06:01+00:00</lastmod> </sitemap> <sitemap> <loc>https://.com/community/sitemap.php?file=sitemap_content_forums_Topic_1</loc> <lastmod>2022-01-27T10:06:01+00:00</lastmod> </sitemap>

Is your community and the content visible to guests? Keep in mind that only this content will be included?

Hi, I didn't see any errors in the UI when I did the rebuild, is there somewhere else I can check? Yes all is visible, I mean not even a single thread is showing.
Marc Posted January 27, 2022 Posted January 27, 2022 We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.

Its very likely this will need to escalated to a higher tier of support, who will indeed need full access in order to debug the issue
Daniel F Posted January 28, 2022 Posted January 28, 2022 I've just checked your community ( I hope it's for the URL which you've assigned to this topic ) and I think there's some misunderstanding how the sitemap works. The 1. page (sitemap.php) is the sitemapindex, which contains the links to your sitemaps. If you follow these 2 links, you'll see that all your forums and topics are listed;) For further information pls see the google docs https://developers.google.com/search/docs/advanced/sitemaps/large-sitemaps
