Marc Posted January 6, 2022 Share Posted January 6, 2022 You would simply post on the community in the support area as you have been doing. The way in which support works changed some time ago. You can obtain email support if you really want it by purchasing priority support within your client area. The main area for support is actually here. We can access your details in the same way, ask you for details in the same way, and if the need arises and we need to discuss in private or escalate, we can actually create a ticket on your behalf if needed. As I understand I might be the only one doing such a feat. Started to browse through the board and encountered many things I need help with, like eg: Romania char conversion failed. Markdown failed. I understand you could not help with upgrade, but if I did it myself, I did it with provided 4.6.9 scripts. THAT is the version that did conversion. Right? Anyway, is there a conversion script I can use now? The error is that it did not convert the data properly. Which will actually be an issue with the data prior to conversion. Bear in mind it may take a while for a response, as this will need to be reviewed to see if there is anything we can offer here. The reality is its outside of support. It does really need to be noted here, your issues arent caused by doing an upgrade. Your issues are caused because you havent been doing upgrades. The issues in this instance are in that the software is being upgraded from 3.1 to tha latest release. As its over a decade old, you have things which have changed in the meantime such as PHP versions that are no longer supported even by PHP. Thats just one example but there are many more. If on 4.1.1 as in your example and was upgrading to 4.1.2, if there is an issue we would simply send it to a ticket and our developers would resolve.
