Changing License URL

Hello! After renewing my plan after quite some time and attempting to change the licensed url to a different one http://valiantroleplay.net/ it gave me the error that I must uninstall the previous before doing a new one which I have no longer access to whatsoever. ANY help would be appreciated, there is no way that I can access to remove anything due to no longer having access to the domain / everything that would be needed for it hence the need of assistance here (just wanted to clarify incase a response was to attempt to remove it because I physically cant). Thanks for your time.

You need to submit a ticket from the Client Area for issues like this.

I can see your ticket there and will respond shortly. However you need to get that instance removed in order to install somewhere else.
