Disable private messaging for a single member?

I wonder if it's possible to disable the PMs on a single member. We have a prominent kind of "celebrity" in our community. I want to prevent his inbox to get flooded with messages... Is it possible?

I know how to hide the button through PHP, or CSS... but I'd like to prevent even compose through member ID.
