This will require a custom app. It can not be done with the out of the box features a.f.a.i.k.

Please bear in mind while posting, that not everyone will have the ability you have yourself, and may actually not be self hosted either. In the case of this one, you are actually incorrect. Webserver logging will not give you 'only' the guests. It will give you everyone.
